Yes. Ferry Construction & Excavation is licensed and insured in both Missouri and Kansas, so that covers jobs from St. Joseph through the Northland and on either side of the state line in the Kansas City metro.

Yes. A text with a picture of the yard, the trench you're picturing, the fence line, or the room you want redone tells us more than a description alone.

For some jobs, a phone description and photos are enough to get started. For others, especially bigger excavation, framing or remodel work, we'll want to walk the site before giving a price. We'll tell you which kind of job yours is when you call.

A rough idea of what you want done, the address or general area, and any photos you can send. If you already know a timeline you're hoping for, mention that too, though the schedule depends on the job.

Yes. Before any trenching or excavation work starts, getting utility lines located is a normal step, the same as it would be for any dig. We build that into how the job gets scheduled.

The compact excavator handles wider, deeper digging, foundation and footing work, longer utility runs, and grading. The walk-behind trencher cuts a narrow trench and is easier on a finished yard when the run is short, like power to a shed or a line along a landscape bed. See trenching services for more.

Storm cleanup calls usually start with downed trees or limbs that need cutting up and hauling off, and sometimes lead into repair work if a roof, fence or structure took damage. See tree work and storm cleanup. If the storm damaged your roof, our roofing page covers repair versus replacement.

Yes. That can mean tearing a bathroom down to the studs and rebuilding it, or a lighter refresh like new flooring or fixtures. We'll talk through what you want changed and what the existing framing and plumbing allow before pricing it. See remodeling and interior work.
