What affects the price

Every remodel prices differently depending on the size of the room, whether plumbing or fixtures are moving, how much of the framing needs repair once the old materials are out, and which finishes you choose. Flooring jobs price by square footage and by what is coming up off the subfloor first, old carpet pulls faster than tile. Exterior repairs depend on how far the damage goes, whether it's just trim and siding or framing underneath it too. A small trim patch is a quick job, a full wall of rotted siding is a bigger one. We price the job after seeing it, not off a phone description alone for anything past a small repair.

Do you handle kitchens too, or just bathrooms?

Bathrooms are one of the interior jobs we take on, but the same framing, tile and finish work applies to other rooms. Tell us what you're picturing and we'll tell you straight whether it's a fit.

What if the framing behind the wall is bad?

That's a common find once an old wall or tub surround comes out. We fix the framing as part of the rebuild rather than covering it back up.

Can you match my existing flooring?

Bring a sample or a photo when you call or text. Matching exactly isn't always possible, but we'll find something close and let you know before ordering anything.

Do you do exterior work without a full remodel?

Yes. A siding or trim repair can stand on its own, it doesn't need to be part of a bigger interior job.

How messy is a bathroom demo?

Demo makes dust and noise. We keep the mess contained to the work area and haul debris out as we go rather than letting it pile up.
